AvPosts is a job board for Canadian business aviation. The short version: we don't sell your information, and anything we show others from it is anonymized.

What we share

Nothing that identifies you. Pay appears only inside averages of 5 or more people, never with a name, email address or IP address. Your work history is visible only to you: employers never see it, including employers you apply to.

We don't sell personal information. Service providers run parts of the site for us (hosting, email, card payments and the AI résumé reader) and use the data only to provide that service.

When an employer sees you

Only when you apply to one of their jobs. Your application (your name, email address, and the résumé and answers you send) goes to that employer and no one else.

What we keep

Your name and email address, the jobs you save to your work history, any pay you choose to share for them, and the applications you send. Employers' postings and company profiles are public.

Reading your résumé with AI

To fill your work history, we send your résumé to Anthropic, our AI provider in the United States, which reads it on our behalf. It isn't used to train AI models. We keep only the jobs you choose to save, plus a record that the read happened (a fingerprint of the file, not its contents). You can add jobs by hand instead.

Deleting your information

You can delete any job or pay figure from your account at any time, or delete the account itself. Deleting a job deletes the pay shared for it. When you delete your account, your jobs and résumé-read records are deleted; pay you shared stays in the anonymous averages with nothing linking it to you.
